Snordog Brewery celebrated Big Brew 2011 on 7 May. Two all grain batches were brewed, a Wit Beer and a Porter. Dan used his "Brew Ladder" set up
that seemed to take quite a bit of tinkering to get into operation. I used the tried and true three tier gravity feed system. A total of 15 gallons was produced and the new Brew House sound system made its debut. A great time was had by all.
